Service of Tribute and Remembrance

On July 12, 2009, Ideal Funeral Parlor will host a Service of Tribute and Remembrance honoring those families who experienced loss through death in 2008. This service will be held 5:00 p.m. at Wayside Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Florence, SC.

This year our program will climax with a concert by Ben Tankard, "The Godfather of Gospel Jazz", winner of nine Stellar Awards, and multiple Dove and Grammy nominations. The service is interdenominational and is conducted in a way that allows for a positive encouraging experience. It is usually attended by approximately 500 people. For the past 11 years, this program has been one of our contributions to the community through our After-Care Program.
